We have a small permanent team that is supplemented in the warmer months with seasonal instructors who stay with us for a season or more.

Successful candidates will hold NGBs in one or more of the following:

• UKCC BCU Level 1/2 Coach
• SPA
• WGL or ML
• RYA DI & PB2

Highly desirable is a clean D1(+E) driving licence and any of the other activity qualifications that we do.

In addition, you will have experience of delivering high quality sessions that develop and stretch clients. You can flexible in your approach to work, work well in a team and be committed to maintaining high levels of professionalism.

The centre is an RPIOL accredited centre and actively encourages development both of hard and soft skills. We encourage you to use the equipment in your downtime and get out into the adventure playground we have around us.
