Situated right in the centre of the Llanidloes, Great Oak Street will be transformed into an extreme sports arena between 4-8pm on Saturday 23 June when the X Games take place.
The main objective of the event is to run free activities for young people who do not take part in traditional sports, but may wish to try their hand at activities such as freestyle gymnastics, skateboarding and cheerleading.
Other activities on offer during the day include archery, street and wheelchair basketball, street sprinting, street dancing and a BBQ, whilst there is also mountain biking taking place at Kennel Fields and power kiting at Llanidloes High School.
There will also be an on-street display from the UK's leading mountain bike stunt team Savage Skills, who specialise in providing interactive, jaw dropping shows suitable for audiences of all ages.
Children must register prior to the day through their nearest 5x60 Youth Service or YFC group.
