We are building a new website designed to help you do more online with us and to help us track, respond to and update you about your requests.
We will be gradually moving items to the new website over the coming months and listening to your feedback so that we can make more improvements.
From Tuesday 4th July 2017, Llanwrtyd Library will be run by volunteers all-day on Tuesdays, and on Thursday afternoons. Please see below for more info on what services will be available on those days.
During volunteer-run hours:
You will be able to return and borrow items, and use the computers, printer and wi-fi, as normal – please remember to bring your library card with you!
If you would like to renew loans during volunteer hours, please bring your books with you. Or see below for information on renewing online, or contacting us by phone or email.
During staffed hours:
During staffed hours on Thursday mornings and Saturday mornings, you will be able to access our full range of services, including library+ council services and payments, and more complex library enquiries.
Online or by phone - at any time
You can renew and request items on the online catalogue at any time. If you prefer to renew or request items by phone, you can call Llanwrtyd Library during core staffed hours, or telephone Newtown Library on 01686 626934 and we will be pleased to help.
We are very grateful to all of the volunteers for giving their time to support Llanwrtyd library!
