Treasury Management
A Treasury Management Policy Statement with associated Practices and an annual Treasury Management Strategy Statement and Annual Investment Strategy are documents required by the CIPFA Code of Practice on Treasury Management in the Public Services Fully Revised 2nd Edition 2009.
The Welsh Assembly Government's Guidance on Local Government Investments issued with effect from 1st April 2010 recommends that the approved Strategy document is available to the public free of charge.
As such, Powys County Council's current Treasury Management Policy Statement with associated Practices and the Treasury Management Strategy Statement and Annual Investment Strategy are below:
