PILATES: This is a body conditioning routine that will help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and works on increasing core strength, coordination, balance, posture and muscle tone.

SPIN SESSIONS: On your bike ! Calorie killing at its best !  Group cycling with your instructor is the complete journey to calorie burning heaven. An average of 400 per 30mins. For all abilities, Men and Women Go ahead give it a go -- it's addictive. Check out the Flash Facebook page for videos !!

KETTLERCISE: The new craze in keep fit is at the Flash , Kettlercise. Kettlebell training at its best, tone the whole body and burn calories fast. For all abilities ,  men and women. Check the Flash facebook page or you-tube for the official kettlercise videos to see what its all about.

Personal Training

A personal session with our fully qualified advice trainer giving you the opportunity to discuss health / body issues. Initiated with a minimal health check ( this is not compulsory ) and an active session to complete either with a written program for you to proceed, or a self help basis, or a continuing training element.

At LEAST 2 SESSIONS ARE RECOMMENDED

£28.00 PER HOUR SESSION

 

Health Checks

Half hour sessions for you to discuss health issues and recieve nutritional / dietary advice if that is required.

Health check comprising of:

  • Blood pressure / Heart rate
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Body Mass Index ( BMI )
  • Waist & Hip Ratio

£17.00 per 30 min session
