It is FREE to join the library.
You may be entitled to FREE Talking Books if you have a visual impairment, or are otherwise unable to read standard print books. The free service entitles you to have 2 Talking Books on loan at any one time. If you think that you are eligible, and would like to apply for the free service, you can ask at any Powys library for an application form or download a PDF version from the Talking Books page on this this website.
We are confident that the full adult entitlement of 20 items and the children’s of 10 items, plus the generous renewal scheme, will be sufficient to support home tuition.
