Public Toilet Facilities
Powys County Council currently manages and maintains 50 public toilet facilities throughout the County, 38 with disabled facilities and 13 with baby changing facilities. You can see a list of our public toilets at the bottom of this page.
We also offer a number of free to use public toilets through partnerships with local businesses. In addition, other organsations, such as Community Councils also provide public toilet facilities in the area.
Disabled Toilet Facilities
Our disabled toilets, use Radar’s National Key Scheme (NKS). This ensures that our public toilets can be locked and kept in good condition. Our disabled toilets are fitted with a standard NKS toilet door lock, which can be opened with a Radar NKS key. Please contact Radar to obtain a key.

Our aim is to provide a safe and clean facility for local visitors, tourists and travellers, and to ensure adequate facilities for the disabled and those with babies. If you find a problem in one of our public toilets, please report the issue using the link below.
