	To elect a Chairman for the ensuing year.

	To elect a Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year.

	To receive apologies for absence
4.	DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST	RSP40-2007
	(a) To receive any declarations of interest from members relating to items to be considered on the agenda in accordance with the Local Government Act 2000 and The Conduct of Members (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 2001 as adopted by the Council. (b) To receive Members' requests that a record be made of their membership of town or community councils where discussion has taken place of matters for the consideration of this sub-committee. (c) To receive declarations from members of the sub-committee that they will be acting as 'Local Member' in respect of an individual application being considered by the sub-committee. (d) To note the details of Members of the County Council (who are not Members of the sub-committee) who will be acting as 'Local Member' in respect of an individual application being considered by the sub-committee.
