3.	DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST	SM3-2007
	To receive any declarations of interest from Members relating to items to be considered on the agenda in accordance with the Local Government Act 2000 and The Conduct of Members (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 2001 as adopted by the Council.
4.	DISPENSATIONS	SM4-2007
	To consider applications for dispensations from Town and Community Councillors. Please refer to Enclosure S6a-2007 of the Standards Committee.
