To authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the previous meeting of the Sub Committee held on 9 September 2005 as a correct record.

3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST BCFLL3-2006
To receive any declarations of interest from members relating to items to be considered on the agenda in accordance with the Local Government Act 2000 and The Conduct of Members (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 2001 as adopted by the Council.
4. CORRESPONDENCE BCFLL4-2006
Any items of correspondence as in the opinion of the Chairman are of such urgency as to warrant consideration.
5. CONFIDENTIAL MATTERS BCFLL5-2006
To consider passing the following Resolution: That pursuant to the provisions of Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that there would be disclosure to them of exempt information under Schedule 12(A), Part 1, Sub-Sections (6) of the above Act.
6. SCHOOL TRANSPORT APPEALS BCFLL6-2006
To consider two school transport appeals: 10.00 am - CB, Rhayader 10.45 am - K & GT, Trefeglwys
7. SUCH OTHER ITEMS OF BUSINESS AS IN THE OPINION OF THE CHAIRMAN ARE OF SUCH URGENCY TO WARRANT CONSIDERATION BCFLL7-2006
Such other items of business as in the opinion of the Chairman are of such urgency to warrant consideration
