|To receive any declarations of interest from members relating to items to be considered on the agenda in accordance with the Local Government Act 2000 and The Conduct of Members (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 2001 as adopted by the Council.|
|Any items of correspondence as in the opinion of the Chairman are of such urgency as to warrant consideration.|
|To consider passing the following Resolution: That pursuant to the provisions of Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that there would be disclosure to them of exempt information under Schedule 12(A), Part 1, Sub-Sections (6) of the above Act.|
