3.	FINAL SETTLEMENT AND SUGGESTED BUDGET 2005/06	CS3-2005
	To consider a report that was presented to the Council Board on the 21st December 2004 and to make any necessary recommendations thereon [ Enclosure CS3a-2005 ]
4.	SUCH OTHER ITEMS OF BUSINESS AS IN THE OPINION OF THE CHAIRMAN ARE OF SUCH URGENCY TO WARRANT CONSIDERATION	CS4-2005
	Such other items of business as in the opinion of the Chairman are of such urgency to warrant consideration
