Casglu Gwastraff Clinigol

Mae'r cyngor yn medru darparu casgliad gwastraff clinogol am ddim i bob eiddo domestig preifat ym Mhowys.

Bydd y cyngor yn galw bob wythnos i gasglu eich gwastraff mewn sachau melyn a blychau nwyddau miniog arbennig. Bydd angen i chi eu rhoi y tu allan i'ch drws ffrynt neu mewn man y cytunwyd arno erbyn 7.30am ar y diwrnod casglu.

Bydd cyflenwad newydd o sachau yn cael eu rhoi bob wythnos, ynghyd â llinynnau plastig er mwyn cau'r sachau. I sicrhau bod gwastraff clinigol yn cael ei symud, ei gludo a'i waredu'n ddiogel, ni fydd yn bosibl mynd â'r sachau na'r blychau oni bai eu bod wedi'u cau'n dynn, a bod y label dyletswydd gofal ynghlwm wrthynt. Bydd y rheini'n cael eu hanfon gyda'r pecyn dechreuol.

[Translate to Cymraeg:] The council is able to provide a free collection of clinical waste to all private domestic properties within Powys.

 

The councils' waste collection officer will call each week to pick up your waste in specially provided yellow sacks and sharps boxes. It is necessary that these are left outside your front door or in an agreed place by 0700 on the collection day.

 

A new supply of sacks will be provided each week along with plastic ties with which to secure the sack. To ensure the safe handling, transport and disposal of clinical waste, it is not possible to remove the sacks or sharps boxes unless they are secure and have the duty of care label attached, these will be sent along with your starter pack.
