Graffiti

Graffiti consists of inscriptions, slogans and drawings scratched, scribbled, sprayed or painted on a wall or public surface. Graffiti is unsightly and can encourage further acts of environmental crime to take place in the same area.

The Authority will attempt to remove graffiti from Council property as soon as possible, however, if the graffiti is racist, obscene or abusive we will endeavour to remove it immediately.

If the graffiti is on private property, then it is the responsibility of the owner to remove it.

I want to report graffiti!
