
The Powys Change Plan sets out the council's key objectives that will shape how council services are delivered in the county over the next three years. It marks the latest stage of the council's journey to improve services and sets out a continued commitment to working in partnership, to deliver effective services.
The plan is published in two main stages.

We publish the Powys Change Plan Stage 1 at the beginning of the financial year to let you know what our key plans are for making real improvements to the services we deliver.
Not everything we intend to do is included in the Plan, instead it focuses on the priorities and projects you have told us are most important to you.
We think it’s important to ask for your views on the services we deliver so we can change or improve them.
This year, we consulted with our Citizens’ Panel members and the general public on our corporate priorities, to ensure that we focused on the things that matter most to our residents. The main findings were
