A 20 x 7.5 metre, traditional tank-type pool, with disabled access. Year round swimming lessons are available to both adults and juniors, along with life-saving and other courses.

The pool runs at a constant temperature of 31 degrees which is ideal for toddlers and small babies.

Pool parties with floats and music are also available.

Equipped with 20 fitness stations incorporating both resistance and cardio vascular workout equipment, flat screen TV's and music system.

The fitness suite also holds a Youth Exercise Programme which caters for children aged 12 - 16 year olds.  These sessions are designed educate the children how to use the equipment both safely and effectively.

Also available are ladies only, 50 plus and cardiac rehab sessions.

Gymkids is a range of exciting new fitness equipment for primary aged children aged 8 - 12, specially designed to make fitness more fun.

By encouraging young children to enjoy fitness early in their lives, we are building good health habits for life.

Two glass-backed squash courts, available for hire at any time.  Racquets and squash balls can also be hired.

Adult and junior rates available with discounts on block bookings.

Table tennis is also available.

The meeting room is available for hire during centre opening hours and can cater for up to 15 people. 

The room is provided with OHP and TV/DVD player and has adjacent toilet and kitchen facilities.

The room is also available for food after parties.

Our two tennis courts are situated on a multi-sport court area outside the sports centre. 

The multi-sport surface incorporates markings and equipment for such sports as hockey, netball and football.

Suitable for 8 a-side football.
