What Pests do we Treat ?
We will carry out treatments for the Pests listed under "Treated Pests". By clicking on that pest on the right hand menu you can find out more information on their treatment and control.

The service DOES NOT provide treatment for the pests listed under "Pests Not Treated": However by clicking on that pest in the list you can find out more information on their treatment and control.
If you have problems with any of these pests you may wish to try a private pest control company. Contact details can be found in local business directories and on the internet.
Is there a charge for the Service ?

You will be required to pay for the service at the time of making the request.
Payment can be made over the phone by credit or debit card. If you prefer you can visit either of the following offices to pay in cash;
Gwalia, Ithon Road, Llandrindod Wells,
Neuadd Brychieniog, Cambrian Way, Brecon or
Neaudd Maldwyn, Severn Road, Welshpool
** You should note that treatment will not be carried out until payment is received.
(There are now no reductions for OAP's and persons in receipt of means tested benefits)
How quickly can you respond to my problem ?
When you call to request a treatment we will arrange an appointment for an officer to attend. Treatment will be arranged as soon as possible but this will be dependant on our workload at the time.
Generally you will need to be present when the Officer calls to sign and or acknowledge that the treatment has been undertaken and receive safety advice on the products used in the treatment.
What are your hours of Service ?
Our Offices are open Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and between 8.30am - 4.30pm on Fridays. Our Pest Control Officers also work between these hours.
We do not provide a service outside normal office hours. For problems outside normal hours of service you are advised to contact a private pest control company for assistance or use the links provided here for advice on how best to deal with the pest.
