AAA Exercise Classes

Gentle exercise classes suitable for all, especially Over 50's

Energetic, refreshing, enjoyable exercise for all, working at your own pace for fitness and fun.  Suitable for all abilities. Swimmers and non swimmers welcome.

Aqua Zumba

Monday 6.00pm-7.00pm

Known as the Zumba 'pool party' Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting and laughing are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class.

Back Care Class

Body Conditioning

Low / no impact Aerobics and Pilates type floor based muscle toning exercises, to improve muscle tone, core strength, posture and general fitness.

Body Blitz

This unique class consists of bodyweight exercises combined with cardio work. A great all over body workout to tone you up and improve your fitness fast!

Circuit Training

This class uses a wide range of exercises to improve strength and stamina, working the whole body.  You can work at your own pace and so this class is suitable for all abilities.

Kettlebells is a simple to follow fitness class that incorporates the use of kettlebell training in a friendly group atmosphere.

Unique system of core stability work combined with general stretching and strengthening exercises to improve your posture and coordination.  Suitable for all levels.

Spin and Sculpt (pre booking is required)

This class consists of interval training on and off the bike with weights and plyometric moves to improve stamina and speed.

A group cycling class to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated movements to learn, Spinning classes are as fun as they are effective. Hour long class includes set up time and instruction. Actual spinning time will be 40-45 minutes.

Technogym Circuits

This class will provide you with strengthening and flexibility exercises for your whole body, using your body weight and some small equipment.
