The museum is housed in an early 19th century weaving shop and focuses on the history of the woollen industry in Newtown from 1790 to the beginning of the 20th century.
The museum is now closed to the public
but it is open for pre-arranged schools and group visits
The museum is open to the public from June to August:
Opening hours: Mon.-Tue and Thu.-Sat 2-5pm
