Term Dates

Below are the School Term Dates for all schools in Powys.  Click on the link to view the document.  More documents can be found in our Document Library.  You can use the links on the right hand side to download viewers for Word and PDF.

Schools are required to be in session for 190 days per academic year with an additional five days being allocated for the training and development of school staff ( non –pupil days).

Parents and other interested parties are encouraged to contact their local school to ascertain any local changes made to the published calendar, or view the school closures page for closures which fall outside of the agreed Powys term calendar.
