We're here to help
Customer Service is delivered via a range of different methods, in a range of public buildings across the county.
- Customer Service Points in some of our towns, allowing you to walk in and get the services you need.
- Library+ facilities are being rolled out in towns across the county over the summer of 2011. As well as obtaining traditional library services, you can access a number of other council services (such as paying your bills with credit or debit cards) from the same building;
- We have set up a corporate contact centre team, based in towns throughout Powys, to let you call and get the services you need over the phone.
