When the Council prints or publishes material for the use of the general public it does so bilingually in Welsh and English, in accordance with the terms of the Welsh Language Scheme. The public documents listed in this Publication Scheme are available in both languages. Where there is a charge raised for accessing the document and where separate Welsh and English versions exist, any difference in price between the language versions will be based on the cost of production (for example, the cost of photocopying or postage).
If an application is made for information in a document that is not held in both languages (for example, if the document was produced for staff use only) the applicant will be provided with the document in its original language. Any requests for translation may be subject to a fee payable by the applicant.
