Latest research has shown the improved health benefits from participating in a regular exercise even for young children. YEP is aimed at improving the fitness level of participants and exercise based working the whole body lasting for 45 minutes. The class includes a warm-up, strength and fitness exercises, games and cool down.

Each session lasts 45mins (approx) taking place at Bro Ddyfi Leisure

centre at the following times:  

Tuesdays 4.00 - 4.45 (9 - 12 years) 4.45 - 5.30pm (12 - 15years)

Wednesdays 4.00 - 4.45pm (9 - 12 years) 4.45 - 5.30pm (12 - 15years) 

These are activity sessions with health in mind including that element of fun! Available in leisure centres across Powys for ages 9 - 15 year olds. 

Fully supervised sessions by a SHOKK instructor
