Energetic, refreshing, enjoyable exercise for all, working at your own pace for fitness and fun.

Suitable for all abilities. Swimmers and non swimmers welcome.

This class uses a wide range of exercises to improve strength and stamina, working the whole body.  You can work at your own pace and so this class is suitable for all abilities.

This long established session is based on a progressive periodisation training plan for Triathletes and Swimmers of all ablities. Each session is set out for novice through to experienced trianthelets/swimmers delivered by 1 of only 5 British Triathlon Federation Lev 3 in Wales.
