Access To Fitness - ATF

If you live in Powys and receive one of a range of benefits, an ATF card provides free access to Leisure. 

An ATF card gives you free access to the fitness suite and swimming pool during public sessions.  No concessions are available on bookable courses or court hire e.g. squash and badminton.

To be eligible for an ATF card you must be a resident in Powys and claim one of the following benefits:

  • Long Term Incapacity Benefit
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Severe Disablement Allowance
  • Registered Disabled
  • Job Seekers Allowance

  • Employment and Support Allowance (was Incapacity Benefit) - entitlement to ATF = 12months
  • Jobseekers Allowance - Entitlement to ATF = 3 months. (If letter from job centre states 30 days then 1 month will be issued)
  • Disability Living Allowance - entitlement to ATF = 12 months
  • Registered Disabled - entitlement to ATF = 12 month
