Get Active, Stay Active, Be Active (AAA)

For those aged 50 and over

Do you find it difficult to start an exercise programme?

Maybe you're a bit nervous or uncertain about undertaking exercise?

Are you somebody who already keeps fairly active, and just wants to stay that way?

If so, these AAA sessions are just for you!

Day Times  
Monday 10:00 - 11:00 Fitness Suite
Wednesday 10:00 - 11:00 Easy Circuit Training

Refreshments are provided afterwards free of charge. (tea/coffee)

You work at your own pace, under the watchful eye of the instructor.  This means you never have to worry about working too hard.

The exercise instructors are professionally qualified to an advanced level, and their qualifications include Exercise Referral and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
