Get Active - Stay Active - Be Active (AAA)

For those aged 50 and over, Or those who have completed a scheme under 'NERS'.

Do you find it difficult to start an exercise programme?

Maybe you're a bit nervous or uncertain about undertaking exercise?

Are you somebody who already keeps fairly active, and just wants to stay that way?

If so, these AAA sessions are just for you!

Every Tuesday and Friday 10am-11am, with free refreshments afterwards !

You work at your own pace, under the watchful eye of an instructor.  This means you never have to worry about working too hard.

The exercise instructors are professionally qualified to an advanced level, and their qualifications include Exercise Referral and Cardiac Rehabilitation.

Why not give it a go, and begin making regular physical activity a part of your weekly lifestyle.
