Cymryd Rhan is commissioned by Powys Children and Young People’s Partnership (CYPP) to provide business support to childcare businesses across Powys, including Day Nurseries, Childminders and parent & Toddler groups.
Cymryd Rhan works with all childcare providers to mentor, advise and carry out a “business health check”, which looks at all aspects of how you run your service from training to funding and staffing to policies and procedures. We are then there to provide any additional support, training or samples of paperwork, etc that you need to help your setting develop. We use the nationally recognised PQASSO quality system as a basis for our work. All groups will be able to undertake the PQASSO quality award if they so wish in addition to the support we provide.
