We aim to provide high quality services. We try our best to ensure not only that the service is adequate and appropriate but also that you are dealt with as promptly as possible and with courtesy and efficiency. We have set standards which should be met in all but exceptional circumstances. We are making this Charter widely available so that you know what to expect in terms of services.
